The Dragon Speaker Mage (DSM) is a powerful bomb unit in the TAO Game. The only way you can get it is by upgrading to gold, but when you have it can be a very powerful unit. It sucks power from the Dragon Tyrant and spreads it to itself and all other Pyromancers that you control on the field. The Dragon Tyrant must be on the field with the DSM in order for the DSM to spread the power. When the DSM is on the field by itself with a Dragon Tyrant it gains 12 attack power and the Dragon Tyrant loses 12 attack power. When a DSM is on the field with another pyro it gains 12 attack power and the other pyro gains 12 attack power and the Dragon Tyrant loses 24 attack power.

1 DSM on the field by itself: Dragon loses 12 attack power and DSM gains 12 attack power
1 DSM and 1 Pyro: Dragon loses 24 attack power and DSM and Pyro each gain 12 attack power
1 DSM and 2 Pyros: Dragon loses 28 attack power and DSM and Pyros each gain 9 attack power


1 DSM and 3 Pyros: Dragon loses 28 attack power and DSM and Pyros each gain 7 attack power
1 DSM and 4 Pyros: Dragon loses 28 attack power and DSM and Pyros each gain 6 attack power

Although DSMs are normally not in a turtle they can be used in one. As for a rush they are in most rush formations. Although if you do use a DSM you most likely would use a bomb.

Pros and Cons of the Dragon Speaker Mage:

Pros:
1. The DSM can deal a lot of damage quickly and make a unit vulnerable to a mudquake and a wisp.
2. The DSM can power up other Pyromancers and make them more powerful for golds.

Cons:
1. The DSM is a weak unit and can be killed easily by two knights.
2. The Dragon Speaker Mage has low blocking and no armour, so when it is attacked it normally is hit and takes a lot of damage.
3. The DSM has high turn recovery and normally can get one attack in and if not played correctly killed after that attack.
