Server Wipe Took Place Without My Authorization
I will post this on the main page but for many of you who have been on the servers, a wipe took place yesterday night without my knowledge. It was supposed to be planned for last night, but because of the lack of communication between Seed and I, he went ahead and did the wipe anyways without ever notifying me. How I even found out about it was theburning reported it to me. Trust me, I am just as angry as everyone else since I am the one who will have to be dealing with this and fixing it.
I realize there are a lot of problems with clans, unit drops, ratings, ect. but the first and most important thing I want to deal with are new gold members who have signed up yesterday and today. If your account was lost in the wipe, I can fix it so just relax and follow my instructions:
-Send me a copy of your TAO subscription receipt that shows your payment for your gold account went through. Paypal should of sent this to you right after you paid. It should include your username, your server, the date you signed up and your subscription number
-Include what your rating was and if you had any drops, I just did rankings yesterday so I have a list of them. Please don't waste my time trying to get a higher rating because I do have a list
-Include in your e-mail subject title "GOLD ACCT LOST IN WIPE" so that I will know what I am dealing with
For everything else, please wait until after the weekend to give me time to catch everyone up with what happened. If you guys are on the servers and people are asking about things like this, please take it upon yourself to relay them the information. Thank you.
