help please

i can not log into my gold account on great lakes, i have no idea why it says invalid username or password, and i have done it three times, i do not know what is going on??? im not sure who to email about this, but it is a serious problem, and i am sure it did not get erased in the last wipe two weeks ago because the account still exists when i press /stat

stating your account's name and home server. Then explain your problem. DR will help you as soon as he can.

Try to login on revelations and see if you can do so there. if you can, it means the problem is on just GL and not with your account in general.

E-mail goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com and ask to change your password. this happened to me and someone changed my password but i found it out. It said my account was locked. So i emailed goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com and they said someone was spaming on my account. I ask to unlock my account. They said to change my password or it might happen again. So i changed my password. Now i can play again.

personally i am deeply upset about it, i have emailed them about three times since i posted this, i still cannot log on, i hope dr or a mod sees this, because my clan is in trouble, and i need to get it back

no, i have done nothing in order to recieve a lock, i have been courteous to the mods, i havent been cursing, i have done nothing, and correct me if im wrong, if it is locked then you can not log onto rev, which i can

No, a lock just locks you out of the specific server. A ban would prevent you from all.

I suggest you email and ask for a new password. The password for the server, and Rev, would be changed. Maybe it was just a glitch witb the password.

And your telling him this for what reason. He just replied to a suggestion to do that. Do not pretend to know what will help without first learning how to read.
