Subscription Payment Failed

Just got this e-mail from paypal. Anybody know what could be causing this?

"The payment for your subscription to Tactics Arena Online Gold Account failed because of a problem with your credit card. Flash Player Studios has been notified of this failed payment."

I just called my credit card company and they tell me there is no problem with my card.

It' not the first payment I've made like this, I've been using this subcription for months.

Reccomend you try either re-entering ur card info or checking the paypal help area.

TAO doesn't really have any direct influence on the paypal system. Its just an intermediary system to conduct funds transfers.

Can I reenter my card info? Wouldn't I have to delete the currnet info first ? Wouldn't that delete my subscription?

And I'm asking here not because I think "TAO" can help with paypal but I'm asking in case this happened to anybody else.

The paypal help pages are surprisingly unhelpful saying that sometimes good cards are rejected and that that's just the way it is with the security the way it is setup.

It could be that your credit card expired?
Also, perhaps your credit card is maxed out and therefore the credit card company rejected the payment?

I think a maxed out/expired credit card would qualify, don't you?

When this happened to me a few weeks ago, it was because my credit card expired. The card worked for everything else because i renewed my card, but the card number that i entered into paypal had expired, and the card number gets deleted from paypal as soon as it expires. I had to re-enter my card again with paypal and everything worked fine.

As a safety note, please only enter credit card info on the paypal website, and never through emails.

It tried to make the payment automatically again 2 days after the first try and it succeed this time without me changing anything, go figure. Thanks for the help everybody.
