"Refresh" the stickies?

its been a long time since there was any real forum voting on the best units around. i think itd be nice if those stickies were reposted so we could have a new contest to find what people think are the best units.

it could work in 2 stages, as i believe the old ones did

1st a nomination thread would be made, where units are nominated to go on to the poll.

after a set period of time ( a week say) of nominations, the main poll would be posted, and depending on the support for various nominations, the top 10 or so units would be voted upon.

We could PM a mod, explain what we're trying to do and ask for a sticky.
