Secondly, email goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com and include all the above information, including the email receipt from Paypal if you paid that way.
If you paid by mail, did you send the required email also?

Yeah, I did, but I forgot my mail adress, so I sent the email with my mail adress on the 11th day, but I'm not sure that's the reason.

Mail-in accounts can sometimes take a long time, yours in particular was received on Friday and it should be upgraded by now.

A word to any people mailing in their payments:

-send it by express post of some sort.
-make sure you get a tracking number for it.
-make sure you don't send a personal check.
-make sure that you make the funds out to me correctly or it will be sent back.

yes it is +56..i got lucky and beat him cause he got no blocks and I was in a spread....( the only way to beat him is luck as far as i can see :))
