First, that picture violates the 600x140 limit set as a standard by the moderators of the forum.

otherwise, in the signature file, put:
[*url]http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/user_images/pics/1/2593000/ngbbs40df3c4b0a06a.jpg[*/url]

Take out the *'s though.

But I would suggest not using that as a banner, since it will most likely be erased by a mod.
