Strategic Insomniacs: Armageddon

Strategic Insomniacs have branched out onto the Armageddon server. Me and theburning, with a litle help from chaos shark, are leading the clan there. I decided to make this thread to get the word out, and since this a different branch than the Banff one, the rules on how to join are different. If you would like to join, please post your game name, stats, if you are grey or gold, and what clans you were previously in. Si has been on Army for a few months now. I met theburning on Rev, and I convinced her to join on Army. I began to trust her, and she became co-leader. We recruited for about a month, but then after a few resets, it began to lag. Many players would leave because of inactivity, and after a while, we decided to halt recruitment.

Now, I have decided to hit it hard with recruiting. I'm wanting to create a thriving branch on Army, and need active, skilled members to do it. I plan the Army branch of Si to rival the Banff branch soon.

How strong is that Banff branch? If we are talking about the old SI days then I would say you have your work cut out for you. If we are talking about now, then it could be attainable.

Either way the more the merrier on this wretched server. Hope you bring some new faces with you. I could use some people that are willing to play. I know some guys in the other elite Army clans that probably feel the same way.

Um, if you want to be technical I am not in Memphis anymore. I lived in midtown by the square. It was awesome being able to walk to work when I bartended there. I am now an inhabitant of one of the "burbs". Since I spend most of my time and almost all of my money in Memphis, it's just a lot easier to call that my location.

I was a cancer patient at St. Jude. I lived in the Ronald McDonald house over by the KFC. It wasn't far from Poplar. I left, well, because the tumor was removed, and I finished treatement. I live in Chattanooga now.

I know exactly where you are talking about. I am so sorry to hear of your experience but am very glad to know that it has turned out well. I've been to Chatt. Very nice mountains, but not a lot to do, or at least not according to our host of the weekend. We ended up in ATL instead.

I'm in SI on GL. I'm pretty much the only one though.

For the benefit of our fellow friends in SI, I just wanted to let you know netjak may be listed in this guy's post, but he was promptly kicked out, and was considered a mistake by Ducki and myself (co-leading GL at the time). As much as I would like to see you guys get stuck with him, I just can't do it, I had to warn you.

Yeah, I'm not on a lot now. I got some virus, and missed about 2 weeks of school. So now I'm loaded with make-up work, and am only able to get on TAO on weekends. But with three of our members having access to leadership, it shouldn't be bad.
