I made this because...well....I was amazed at the number of ppl that seemed ignorant to this feature. I would have put it in another section...but I guess its better to catch em when they're first coming to the forums.

ok, we all say dumb things. Fortunately, here, you can take these things back.

Look at your dumb post...feel the guilt and humiliation from the realization that your wrote it..good.

Now, hit the edit post button, look at the top of the page, above where your post as it is written out is at. See the delete now button? Look to the left, there's a box you have to check. Check it, then hit the delete now button.

Don't want to delete your post? simpler way is to edit them...yes, edt. Hit the edit post funciont *gasp* and bam...you can edit your posts. This is an excellent means to rephrase, add to, or just completely change what your've previously said.

There yah go. Your idiotic or out of date statments can no longer be viewed. Granted, those who read it will remember, but no future readers will be able to do so, and really...thats whats important. Preserving the little dignity left.

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I tried to delete my own post in a thread I started.
