A few more things to try.

Download the latest flash program (you can get it on the homepage of TAO)

Download and install it. Then reboot your comp and try again.

You had to pay 45 bucks because you had a virus? How serious was it?

i dunno about his, but to fix what happened last time i got a virus...i had to replace my motherbord, and my A, C, D, E drives, it was some thing called an external distructive, virus or something like that, it actually, made the computer melt, from the inside out!

This happens to me quite often as well, 'Calibur.

All I do is put my laptop on standby and reset my modem.

Those are the most fun!!!!

It causes your mother board to overclock itself, which runs it at such a pace as to actual kill all related systems. A very good thing to have in your system as a failsafe protection device. HOWEVER, if you ever accidentally trigger it yourself, say bye bye.

Tek i know alot more about computers than my mom does and she took care of the problem and she took it it and alled the isp and they said we can have it fixed for 45 dollars. i wanted to run our virus program and try to quartentine it and such. but that virus was nothing to the other one we got.......we got a virus tat messed up all of our files i mean everything everytime anybody loged on to the internet we sent out hundreds off viruses to all of the poepl my parents had ever recieved or send e-mails to. my mom was worried that this was the begining all over again and did what ever ( not smart move at all) and i cant download the flash player cause the link wont load either and i already downloaded it not so long ago and ill try the stand by thing but i hope it helps and just for the record im on a seven year old comp....

Alright, the very first thing you need to do is use periods and commas so that we can understand you. As it is, I have trouble deciding whether you're having computer problems or trouble with your mother.

Excalibur to english translation.

He once downloaded a virus to his computer. Everytime the computer was booted, it would send copies of itself to all the contacts in the adress books.
His mother contacted their Internet Provider, who fixed their computer for a $45 service fee. He is hoping that this is not a similar case, as his mother made him pay the $45 last time. The computrer he is using is seven years old, so he hopes it isn't because of that.

Ex- ready for the big one??? You are probably in trouble, and will end up paying to have the computer fixed again. You will probably need to reformat the computer, and install the OS and prhrams from scratch, which will eliminate all needs to figure it out.
Once that is done, get Firefox and use it!

Jeff you said it perfectly but... the old virus i had needed to be stressed more on its seriousnes ...but anyway.

I dont want to have to break it to my mom again becasue she will probably take away computer privledges and tell my dad , who i am not sure about what he will do.

I guess i will have to try to use my sisters laptop to acces and play TAO or not play until i get my new laptop. But thanks Jeff and all.
