Is Paypal the ONLY way to pay?

I don't have a bank account, credit card, or ATM card. I know this makes me really uncool, but is there anyway to do it the old fashioned way with a check or money order?

Is paypal still the only method of paying? So I couldn't just send you a letter containing $5 (US) or the equivalent of that in another currency (of which the exchange rate would probably need to be agreed upon) to upgrade an account?

Goto https://paypal.com

You will need a bank naccount to set it up, or a credit card. With a bank account will take about 4 days to get settled.

Bills said that moneyorder method should be back in about few weeks. So right now it's just paypal.

You can send it in through the mail, but it is 5$ more expensive, and its a longer deal.
I.e.-20$ for 3 months.
OR, 40$ for 6 months.
Either way you look at it, PayPal is 5$ cheaper.
