Dr can you postpone my account

DR i have been playing TAO for a few months and about a month and a half ago i purchased a gold account on Banff via money order. I got a virus about a week ago and i couldnt play TAO and then after i had that one removed i got another one (i think) that keeps me from playing TAO because when i click play Tactics Arena Online.... the pop up screen comes up but instead of going from white to black the screen stays white. I cant do anything about my virus because my mom will ground me from the internet wich will permanantly Keep me from Tao. So i was wondering if you could stop my gold account on banff untill around Christmas time when i got my new laptop (i have a seven year old desk top by the way). I seriously do not want to loose my gold account even when i am not playing on it and my time is being wasted that i payed for.

Dr thank you for your patience and time you put into TAO
and Dr if you ave anything i can try to get TAO to load just let me know.

actually Jeff the funny thing is that i was working on it just as wee speek because i really want to keep my account and i love playing TAO.
