Hey T3k! Here are the stats!
Cellular Phone
Power: Focus
Health: 1337
Armor: 30 (Because it is made of metal!)
Movement: Can't move

Special: It can attack anyone on the board, and when it attacks them, it sends them a phone call, in which the unit has to pick up, and loses Recovery Time. The more people within a 4 block radius of the cell phone, the longer the unit has to wait, because he has to talk to that many more people!
