On Satuday the 19th I sent in a subscription for a gold account on the Banff server. The payment was done by Paypal eCheck, and cleared on Wednesday the 23rd. The account name was meat.eater
As of right now, Tuesday the 29th, there is no upgrade to the account.
I understand having to wait for the payment to clear. And I understand waiting a couple of business days.
But there has now been 5 complete business days since payment was completed, and still no action. I sent 2 emails through the proper channels, including in it all relevant information.
Now what gets mne is the fact that over 25% of the month has now passed since the subscription was started. And I will soon enough be billed for the next month, when a large section of the first month I paid for was unused!
This account was paid for by me, to help TAO gain business. You blatant disregard for how a business works is proof of a poorly run business. If you paid to have the paper delivered, and the paper boy was too lazy to deliver, why the hell would you keep paying?
In conclusion, I would like to ask that you actually fullfill your end of the contract, ie upgrade the account.
