even in my limited playing time I've observed some new (or at least I don't recognize them) outkast members.
Sometimes they seem....less than at the normal attitude/respect standard of what I've observed outkast in the past.

Should we report these ppl to ur forums? Or keep our annoying trouts out of ur clan business?

Its just something I observed to some outkast members I didn't recognize and was curious on what your guy's stance was on it. I can't even remember the guy's account names offhand.

I like to keep up on the clans that are more prominent in the servers and observe how they develop. I'll be sure to let you know if anyone is acting out in some way (i bring screenies too if i ever feel the need to report ppl).

Don't wanna cause trouble for ur clan, just like to know if they want to know about problem causers or if they want me to mind my own business :P

Also...if you would just like to try out to join Outkast...here are our rules...some have been modified so if you have any questions...PM me or post here.
So you want to join Outkast eh? Well here is how it goes:
First you need to make an application (tips on that are further down), we will take the application and put it to vote on the members only section, where all members will vote on you. If your vote passes then you will be granted a trial period, where we will get to know you better for a period varying between 3 days to a week. At the end of the trial the 3 leaders will vote on you and if your vote passes you will become a permanent member. Please note that Outkast applications may take a while and that we will only be taking 5 trial members at most at any given time.

What do we look in members?
Loyalty: It’s important to us that you will really want to be in Outkast and stay in Outkast, we seek to be a tight group and if someone leaves to another clan that is never easy.
Skill: We always kept high standards of skill in Outkast and that is always reflected by the rankings. We look for you to have a fair skill level while joining us and we need you to have an aspiration to improve. The skill will be tested in battle
Maturity: While you don’t have to be mature at age we would like you to be mature in mentality.
Activity: We would like to recruit members who will be both active in the forums and in the game.
Patience: Outkast application may take a while because of the democratic system we use, if you really want to join you will wait however long it takes.

How to apply?
Basically just find a leader on/in the arena...if some of the members are there and have played you...then you can ebcome a trial member. After which...you will be trialed for a number of weeks usually 3-5. If you are good enough...when the time comes to end your trial the leaders will discuss your progress and if they agree...you become a permanent member of Outkast!
