How do you enable the HTML code on the signature or add a picture to it.

HTML is disabled by the site. No one can add html to their siggy's or posts. You CAN use bbcode for both though.

To add a picture in your signature, first make sure what you plan as your banner is no larger than 600 pixels wide, and 140 tall. (600x140)
Then, in your signature, put this, without the *'s
[url]ADDRESS OF IMAGE[/*url]

BTW, you must host the image somewhere online. You can not link it into your own hard drive.

Is there any way to put Flash animations on the site, I have tried and could not, Jeff, do you know?

It is not possible to put anything into your posts. Things like Flash and other html is shut off to save bandwidth, as well as spam.
It also makes delivering viruses harder.
