Third cut results:
Shiny Flors wins the tournament.
Kalamady was eliminated for non-improvement.
Bob was eliminated for lowest rating.

Second cut results:
Shiny Flors, Bob, and Kalamady make it to round 3.
Zzzaacck and MtSlayer were eliminated for non-improvement.
Tyu was eliminated for the lowest rating.

First cut results:
Bob, Shiny Flors, MtSlayer, Kalamady, Zzzaacckk, and Tyu make it to round 2.
Ricardu is eliminated for the lowest rating.
Jonspen, Sooner4Life, F34R Eric, and Cavour were eliminated for non-improvement.

Rules:

1. The tournament started on Nov 1st.
a. The 1st cut took place on Nov 8th.
b. The 2nd cut took place on Nov 12th.
c. The 3rd cut place Nov 16th.
d. Shiny Flors triumphed on Nov 16th, as per rule 4a.

2. All participants use Grey accounts. New entries are accepted until the first elimination, approximately one week after the wipe.

3. Twice a week,
a. all participants who have failed to improve their ratings since the latest cut are eliminated.
b. of those who have improved their ratings since the latest cut, the one with the lowest rating is eliminated.

4. The winner is
a. the last participant left in the tournament if only one is left;
b. the highest rated eliminee in the last batch to go if all remaining participants are eliminated for non-improvement; or
c. if multiple accounts survive for a month, the highest-rated account at the last elimination before the next scheduled wipe.

yay im in yay im excited no cheating anyone if i see some one cheating you will be reported and I might quit the tourney because i wont stand for any cheating in a tourney i am involved in.

ken i hope you have a lot of time on your hands you will have a lot of stat checking and calculating to do. If you want i can pull out and help you just an offer.

Already done. Unable to log on, you could not gain ratings which resulted in elimination at the first cut, about 10 hours ago. Rather than adding updates to the end of this thread, I modify the first post.

Sorry to hear that your computer problems continue. Hopefully the situation will improve and you can participate in another race.

"First to xxx" is open to quick rushes in rank, which does not reward a steady performance. Certainly a possibility, though.
