You host your picture on a image hosting website,i suggest http://www.imageshack.us
Then you copy the link with your picture into your signiture box.You have to put "" at the beginning of the link and "" at the end if it doesn't already have it-Without the "s.Then click submit modificatons.

Also, images are limited to 600x140 in maximum size. And since you already have A LOT of text in your siggy, adding a picture to it might be extreme.
