Can't log onto Revelation Server

I tried logging on to the revelation server after I went gold and it won't let me log on. If I try to create an account it says connection refused if I try to log on it says invalid name or password. Please Help!!!

Revalations aounts are set manually by the admins. When they upgrade your acount, they also need to manually set your acount onto Rev.
