What is PAYPAL!? I dont know what it is or where to get it -.- and does anyone know how long it will take for the mail-order service will be up and ready? Thx :)

For me it took 10-14 days, but I'm in California. At the moment do not send in money.

We have no idea.Probably when the new Admin comes or when Bills says so.
