my friend opened an account here and upgrade her they told her it will take 24 hrs to upgrade and when she signed up for forum she can't reply or send messages or have private message can u help him and give the access he needs?

Ummm... Is this 'friend' of yours like 13+ because you have to send in a 'permission form' if your under 13 which is physically impossible because there is no FAX #. :cool:
