I say they should post it in the "guide" so people can find out and plan for it so they don't have to keep using the same crap u get in the beginning!

Part of the fun is trying to play often enough that you occasionally get a drop. They should stay random with only a very brief announcement.

it would be stupid if every1 could know when units dropped so they would have a team of all perfect units

they should have like a daily riddle where the answer is the date and time of the next drop

Hmm.... a riddle is an intersting idea...

I dont think it would be a bad idea to at least give some kinda clues as to the time of the drop... particularly when they are only every 72 hours

well unit drops are ehhh for me. i like the game, but i have a busy life, ive never been on for a unit drop yet. problem is: people who play a lot get good, and get unit drops.

didnt they randomize the drop times now? They did on legends (the beta server, so maybe thats a test-ride).

or maybe they could make the drops a bit more frequent. The chances of actually being in a game during one are minimal. Broadcasting the times blatantly would be stupid, but on the other hand, Drunken Dragon (my future clan leader, by the way - I fulfill his every whim) has a point. Or maybe the drops could follow a pattern to benefit the smarter among us.

Just saw the daily riddle idea, it's pretty good. ...But that would be the tridaily riddle or however you compile the phrase "once every 3 days" into one word.
