Bills,
The fact that the service on this game, and it's admin's are nothing more than a sad, piss poor job anymore, I'm starting to get pissed. I paid, on the 30th of october and Have been without gold for three days now, and yet, you still have the balls to take the money out of my account, and leave me without gold account, and units? Bills, I could care less, if you ban me or not, the truth is, your poor service, is really starting to piss me off, simple as that. It says 24 hours, and it's been 72+ and still yet, you haven't done shit with my account. I got ONE pm back from you, and didn't understand a word you said. I took it as you wanted my subscription receipt, so I emailed it to you, and then pmed you twice, to let you know I did.

However, I'm still sitting here, being bored, because I'm a damn grey account, and your still taking money out of my account. What's sooo damn hard, about turning me gold? If it's so damn hard to do your job, then just stick my 5$ back in my account, well, let's make that 20$, because that's how much you get from me every month, and then i'll be on my way.

What happened with my account was really f***in simple bills. I canceled, because i was low on money, then on the same day, I went and resubscribed, because I got some more money. That was on the 30th of October. Today is the 9th, so let's count those days together bills...1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10! 10 days, that's right Ten days. On the 7th, is the day, that you decided that you would turn me grey, and still take the money out of my account. Fix it, or give me a refund, and when or if you do fix my account, I better be gold, and no money better be taken out, until a month later.

I find it wierd, that one of my friends accounts, which has been canceled for like 2 months, is still gold, but mine was canceled for two hours, and it's still not gold again? This should show some ppl, that the service for this game, is piss poor, and that's really about it. Ban me if you want, I could give a shit. I've been more than patient with you, and you being "busy with other things" isn't a good excuse for me, because I know what the policy says, and that's "Gold Account activation will be done with 24 hours of payment" And it's not. Get it right bills!

I know he has his rights to be mad...I didn't say he had to calm down, just take it easy. If that had to happen to me. Bills would have a serious issue with my mother and father. :)

The "ticket system' is supposed to fix this sort of problem. But when not even the simple things like CUT and avatars is being fixed, who knows what is going on.

A lot? Yeah he does. It doesn't help that he cancels and wants to renew the same day however it shouldn't be too hard to figure out and fix. With that said, I don't think coming on the board and calling anyone out is the way to handle this. I could be wrong, but it seems like the admins were having to play catch-up on everything. Before I get blasted for stating my thoughts I just wonder if any of the pm's that were sent to Bills about this matter were as much of a shoot off as this public message? I think we have all seen in the past with TN's numerous account problems that he makes public that he tends to be a tad impatient. If he went off to Bills shortly after all this wanting it taken care of a day later, well I know if I were admin he would be put at the back of the line on my to do list. If private messages didn't get it done, there are other ways to get his attention publicly than what happened here. Especially when you are in a clan that has a mod that could help create a more direct way of communication.

Well roody, not to be rude, but just shut the hell up, because you obliviously don't know what your talking about. I pmed him twice, emailed him two or three times, not to mention the reciept, and I got a one sentence pm back. Ask bills, if i was rude in ANY way, in my pms and emails, and he'll tell you....I wasn't. I did everything I could to wait, but I don't enjoy paying for something, and not getting it. This isn't a charity and/or fund raiser, it's a damn online game, in which $5 a month, will give you access to a gold account, or at least it says. Don't open your mouth, until you know the WHOLE story here.

Look douche bag, all I said is you probably would be a lot better off by handling this in a more mature manner than trying to serve Bills and the rest of the admin staff publicly in the forums.

But go right on with your bad self! Looks like you are making great progress. I will save my responses for your threads that don't involve you:

FPS is just better, even I can answer that. *TN* You do seem to have more account trouble than the average TAO user, but Bills has his end of the agreement too. Bills is busy, this is a fact. He does not get a chance to disregard his customers, and disrespect them too. I, like roody, do not know the whole story here, and will hold my toungue, but I have made sure not to have any trouble with my accounts during this transition. I do find it amusing that netjak would take the oppurtunity to jump you for something so trivial.

Thanks for participating pal, but guess what? My initial post wasn't jumping him. It was stating that his calling Bills out like Bills is a punk probably wasn't the best way to get it solved. My attitude didn't come until post number two when he then shot his mouth off at me. If you can make an arguement for me being an ass in post number 1, then by all means let me see it. It's news to me.

I do find it amusing that you would take the oppurtunity to jump me in a case where you actually have no basis. :rolleyes:

Well actually this is the problem...

You signed up and went gold which is fine, but then you cancelled.

So that sent a command to our server to degold you after a set time.
When you signed back up it checked to see if that name was still gold, which it was so it didn't alter your account.

Then your first cancel came through so it found that account and de-golded it.

Do you understand how you fell through the cracks??

Anyhwo i cheched your account and its been fine for a few days now please update if you still are having problems.

Once we have the ticket system in place it will handle these things better, it will check at sign up if your account is in our system which will prevent double sign upas well as a bunch of other things.

All my efforts are going towards this and the new site look so thngs will slow around here.

After all our changes have been made we will make some big pushs to regain ground.

We are 1 day away from getting our final mock up of the new site done, new ticket and tracking system and a ton of other features.

Just need 5 more days to get eveything put together....

Yes, but you are also already losing customers due to mixups and lost emails. Working on the future is great, and I look forward to many of the new features, but in the mean time, players are getting fed up and leaving.
And not over stuff like CUT, but over account problems with gold forum upgrades and Rev access for new accounts.

Even with all the other work going on, account maintenence should be #1 on ANY list.

Doing them all at once WOULD be doing too many at once. The forum upgrade seemed to be first on list. But they should have finished it. Then installing the ticket system complete with new site should have been next. Not a have done forum first.

Give it a rest. Rankings aren't important. What's important is:

1. Upgrading people who go gold
2. The upgrades
3. The rankings

in that order.

*TN* is entilted to his opinion to be mad, he is the highest ranked gold on army, I dont think he wants to lose his stats, to get them all back up, no one plays him they are all scared and the only people that do want to play him are under 1000 and most of them are grey.

So Bills its true, 24 hours, you should atleast up date it and say "Account will be golded in 2-3 days."

Where do password changes fit in there? cause I've been waiting for about two weeks for replies to my PMs. May as well voice MY problem also.

I PMed him about three times for a password change for my account on Banff. It also requested access to rev for my account on GL. Hard to do? Hardly. Please Bills. Set aside one day to work on customers, and I GUARANTEE you will have 100% less people having to voice all this publically. You'll also stop losing money.

That is what I would just do, few years ago, me and my mother filed complains against Moore League Baseball (Youth) and got some coaches/ managers fired for not being fair to some players and making them sit out during the games. Also my mother filed complains against Oklahoma University Sport Adminstration Company and threatened to sue them for what happened to me during the OU game and they did what we wanted from them. *TN* if I had the same problem as you are having right now, hell we'll already be in court. You're perfectly within yours rights to make a complaint if you've paid for a service via paypal and (for whatever reason) you haven't received the promised service.

I'm surprised that Bills hasn't responded to this yet, or that a mod hasn't brought it to his attention. He could get into some trouble over this if TN's story is true.
