help me bill or divine right plz my name is silent knight on armageddon and i registered for golds account but i only got gold units and no gold features i cant ttype fast i aint in gold writing . thanks

Earlier today, I saw you on your gold name. Now you don't have a gold name? Something's wrong then. It might take a while for your problem to be solved since BILLS is a "busy" man.

That is whats happening to Chaos Master too, gold unit but no gold priveleges. Just gold units thats all, you still have a grey name and still the things that greys are limited to aswell eg: D/C after game, cant type a message right after your last if you need to make a correction.

The system for upgrading pretty much sucks now. They semiautomated it, and it doesn;t work properly.
Unfortunately, they are focusing on other upgrades, and the account management has gone to hell.

email a copy of your Paypal receipt, along with a detailed report of the problem, to billkaras@flashplayer.com Send a copy to goldaccounts@tacticarena.com also.

Then, just be patient.

I'm having the exact problem as you Silent Knight, try emailing him like i just did.

If you signed up for a gold account and then closed it right after we upgraded you then your account was de-golded.

This was created to prevent exploits to our system in which people would sign up thinking thye would never be de-golded.

We have about 200 account waiting to be de-golded now.

Your still a gold account till the next wipe but because you closed your account you status was down graded.

Our new site/support system will be up within the week which will help cleanup all the problems we are having now.

Not so many problems just when people so werid things to the system. EI Sign up and close accounts the same day.

This brings up an interesting point Bills.

Is it the fault of the system when accounts get screwed up?
Or are people just abusing the system, then throwing fits when their plans are wrecked by karma?

Are we ignoring part of the story?

We're taking the side of the people who's accounts aren't working.
But maybe there is another side.
Account abuse can and does happen, we all know that.
Is it happening here?

Just saying it's possible.

I think it's like this: bills is a communist conspirator, who's trying to avoid government notice. however, he needs a way to launder Columbian drug money to his swiss bank account from america. So DR sells the drugs, and (as CD) makes random accounts to pay bills. He then cancels them, and so no one gets suspicious, complains about how his accounts got messed up. bills, in canada, is easily able to bypass the wussy socialist pro-commie laws to get his money offshore.

So in a way, yes, it is account abuse
