What the hell is Legends???

Ok.. WTH. I checked out legends server. Gold membership is a ONE TIME $10 fee and they get !!!5!!! Random unit drops a day.
Anyone wanna give me a good reason I shouldnt switch to there right now?

And there's a drop every 5 hours. I just played a gold who had 4 witches 4 enchantresses and a dragon.

If there are 15 times as many drops on that server than these- why would anyone play anywhere else? The players there are better too.

I'm not about to hop up and leave...
I dont particularly like the idea of a server where someone can have 4 witches...

But the price difference, the fact that they get new units faster, and that their forums get what seems to be constant feedback from seed is very frustrating....

Why can the legends server not be added to our 3? Why is it kept seperate, and whats to keep us from going over their for the much much better price deal?

I admit... This seems annoying...

I prefer having the harder drops and rarer multi-unit accounts... but the price difference is amazing.

I'm afraid we may lose many people to Legends now that word is out.

Someone better do something, and fast!

I do like the idea of most accounts not having a extra unit ( i know i havnt and i play loads)) and the fact we get three servers which are not full that often (legenes must be with prices like that) but im affraid that the costs makes a bit of a difference. althought its not much money its soon adds up to someone who isnt working, along with outher costs

Let me do some explaining. When Seed created this game he created the Legends server to bring TAO to life.

After a partnership was formed, Bill took TAO a step further and created a professional establishment with everything you know now from the main website, 3 gaming servers to this TAO web forum.

Since Seed is still the main developer of this game, he works closely with us to ensure that our members get only the best gaming experience by ensuring that all aspects of gameplay are fully functional and blended in nicely with the rest of the game. The members of his server help him do a lot of testing and Seed is able to change whatever he wants, whenever he wants.

If you would like to pay $10 to be a beta tester that is your choice. The reason the Legends server still exsists is because of 2 reasons, the ability to use it as a real-time testing enviornment and the already established, small group of his friends there. Whats more, if people are complaining about the problems that they are experiencing here, every single TAO server dwarfs the Legends server in all aspects.

You get what you pay for, I have promised new projects to make the gaming experience for our Gold members better and more exciting. I feel sorry for those who do not have the patience to wait around and see what we have planned in the comming weeks.
