Grey account only server?

I don't see why TOA accounts should have an advantage over free accounts. I use a free account. What I do is clicking on the X button on the top right screen when I'm up against a TOA account. I don't see the point it going against a TOA account, I know I'm gonna be pummeled easily. If not that person must really be a bad player to lose against a free account.
