gold account setup

Welcome. You don't get your stats upgraded. YOu gain stats from winning games. And lose stats from losing etc. But as grey, you don't have to pay to play this game. But your stats get reset every month, and you start out with simple human units. As a gold member, you pay $5 a month. Your name with be in gold print. And you won't get diconnected after each game. You also get special units, and your stats don't get reset.

i already bought gold yesterday my question was when will it take effect, i already got my extra units but my name isnt gold and i still get kicked?

AHA! Another new player foiled by the crappy gold setup.

What happened is you only got partially upgraded, and will now be held in limbo for two weeks after you ask for a full upgrade until you just give up in frustration.

all i got to say is i sent in 3 emails in the past 2 weeks and they have 1 more week to fix my account or i want my money back... and if they wont give my money back ill sue them for fruad!

Is there any owners/admins on this site that can respond to a email or a post???????

I have emailed you guys 4 times, post in forums several times and it has been almost 3 weeks now.

This Company must not like keeping customers and supporters because they can't even respond to a email.

If I don't get a response from an owner/admin within the next week im canceling my subscription and requesting my money back!
