there is a player who is obsene and refuses to play any golds and only plays greys he knows he can beat. he is also a hacker and a royal bitch (i know i shouldnt say that but its tru) his name is {dragon slayer} and he is a gold, i am asking that he be banned b/c of his obsenity twords other players. thank you for reading this and maybe joining my cause. he hacked my account, stole my clan an my clan name ( he made a clan similar to the clan of mine an stole my clan to a grey) plz hear this out and vote for teh banning of {dragon slayer}

There is nothing in the game rules that prevents a gold from only playing a certian demographic of players. It's generally frowned upon, but nothing that deserves a banning of account.

Making similar clans is also not a bannable offense. The only way for a person to 'steal' a clan is if A) The clan owner willingly gave ownership, or B) The person guessed the clan owners password, and gave himself ownership. I suspect the former happened, in which case, clan maitnence is strictly the responsibility of the user, and nothing will be done about it.

The obcenity is a violation of the terms of service, as is hacking. It is somewhat difficult to prove (at least for mods) what accounts have been hacked. But any vulgarities and obcenity beyond a certain degree will not be tolerated.

They won't ban a gold member for refusing to play other golds, even if it is cowardly. He pays to play and he can play whoever he wants.
If he's swearing in the lobby, or in games, get screen shots. If he hacked your account, contact Bills or a moderator. Go through the proper channels.
You'll never get anywhere by simply creating a thread filled with accusations and no proof.
Even if you're telling the truth, which you probably are, you need evidence to get a paying member banned. That's just the way it is.
