Ok, I can't log into my Gold account on Great Lakes.

What the hell is going on??.. I've been trying for the past hour... And it keeps saying "connection refused".

It might mean that some one is on your account. go on ur grey and kick them off and dont give ur password away if you did. If this is the case email bills and request a passworrd change.

i might be able to help, it happens to me every once in a while but you're still connected without be actually there, u may have to restart ur comp. then it should work. hope it helps

Ya, it does that with me on Banff, I just hit Ctrl,Alt,Delete and then hit cancel.Not End Task or Shut Down.
