This is starting to make me mad

ever since this bills guy came around everytihng has been so slow, i asked to be upgraded to the forums about a week or longer ago, and i sent an email, wut is taking so freaking long to upgrade this stuff when mods obviously come on quite often??

The mods do not have access to those functions.
Only Bills, but he hates all players.

Bills was the original admin. He hired DR to run the game. He was not happy with how DR did things, so fired DR.
Now we have Bills.
