Well, friends and more (in)famous members leave and are replaced by newbies as they fade out, and the process just repeats.

It's community changes and you just have to accept that. As for quality, I'd still consider the game itself to be of a high caliber. As for other factors, they change, and we'll have to see how 'good' they are later, when we see how it affects other parts of the game.
