When will the custom Avatar be back

Sorry all that get pissed when they hear this question but I had to ask…
WHEN WILL WE GET THEM BACK???
I am becoming very annoyed at not being able to be more unique on this form. Of cores it is probably up to bills is it not?? So this is yet still more pressure on him to get up and do at least some thing.
So if you can give me a hint, clue, or idea when/ if this will/ wont be coming back please let me know

When will we get the custom avatar option back?
I'm becoming very annoyed at the fact that I can not upload my own, personal avatar on these forums(Which I believe portrays who you are as a person, thus making you more unique). The activation of this option relies on Bills, does it not? I know this has been suggested numerous times very recently, but I felt more pressure on him to activate this option might persuade him to actually do something. I would be greatful if somebody could give me a general idea as to when this option will be reactivated. Thankyou.
