Link the ticket area with the rest of the pages, and sticky the post in gold account help that was kindly made in there so we hav legitimate reasons for bashing ppl who can't figure it out in the future.

though, i suppose it shouldn't make a real difference since that top list is on every page, I guess i didn't see it when i first checked out the new home page
