More often that not when I was new andd not yet part of the forums I found my slef looking for a complete list of damage. With every unit in it. It even displayed how much every unit in the game took stoned then double stoned and normal.
It's probably harder than it sounds but the command I was thinking of was along the lines of /Dmg.

That's what I do. I keep a calculator with me when I play TAO.

But is it rounded up, down or to the nearest integer?

Standard rounding system. .5 and above go up. Numbers below go down.

Just follow this formula.

Attack - [Attack power * (armor/100)]

OR, if using the calculator on the computer

[Attack power * (armor/100)] - attack... and just change the negative to a positive to find out damage (rounded the normal way using 1/2 as rounding up)
