How can money orders get forum upgrades?

bills, i sent in a money order before dr left and didnt find out about the forums gold accoutn upgrade... so what should i do, i dont use paypal and my parents wont start one. so what?

Bills was just on GL and he said to e-mail Gold Account e-mail (goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com)
