My friend vs. Bills and Lord Shinok

a few weeks ago my friend (gamer5151) had some acct trouble and heres how the story goes:

gamer5151 was lookin around the ledgends server web site and read some thin about going double gold and he also faught a guy with double gold units so he applied twice to the same acct. He DID NOT read any warnig about going double gold so he proceeded w/ doing so. So after about a week after going double gold and getting quite a few drops he meet up with a fellow named Lord Shinok. After Lord Shinok was WHOOPED by this gold with barely 1k+stats he filed a complaintin the forum stuff and my friends gold acct was completely wiped. all his stats and drops were gone.
And this part i hope Bill gets:If my friend did any thing wrong u should have only deleted his double gold units not all his drops/stats. And there should be apropriate warning agenst going double gold.

You say this happened on the Legends site, but this is not the right place for that.

Also, double golds do not exist here, so Bills would not be able to help you.

But, I do know that you don't apply twice over there, you simply double the single payment to Seed. I'd suggest going to the taoforums.com and seeing if you can't get any help over there.

Beating double gold units shouldn't be that hard... since it sounds like he was pretty new to the game (didn't know you weren't allowed to do that...:rolleyes:)

I think i can decifer this. He went to legends, and read about double golds, then he came here and he payed twice (therefore double golding his units) and then he played Shinok with his double unit form. Apparantly he was warned before, and was therefore deleted. That would be all happening here, because on the Legends site he read about double golds and double upgraded here.

The double golding was his fault.

But since he kept playing, even though he was warned to dump the extra set, having his account reset was completely fair.

And if people can't figure out this isn't legends, then I deserve the extra $5.

I'm not sure that's what happened. I just think it is. I also don't think we need a big warning when going gold that says:
This is not Digis Online. Paying twice for the same account will get you nothing.

Actually, the new system should prevent double gold units again. Both times it happened were during transitions, when it was not being handles with too much care.

Your account was banned due to cursing and exessive abuse.
It was a temporary ban though, although a Mod did say that continued behavior like you were exhibiting would result in more permanent removal.
