I know we are just supposed to sit tight while the Army problem is being fixed, and I am not here to complain. I am merely here to ask if there is any eta for restored gold accounts, ect. An estimate would be nice. Please and thank you. :)

Ick. Well, the Army Problems message was taken down, and my gold is still deleted. I'll see if the owner of the paypal account I use can get in a ticket tonight.

I sent in a ticket to him.
It's quite strange because according to paypal the subscription is still active.

Here is a true story:
My gold account was originally being paid for by someone else with a gold account. He once cancelled his account and somehow mine was cancelled instead.

Okay, now I realize that you guys are all probably going to say to me that the wrong account was cancelled.
However! That isn't the case. I was in the room when he cancelled his account and made sure to watch him and double check to ensure that he was canceling the right account.

I'm not sure what my point here is.
It just seems that if you're going to pay for multiple accounts you should perhaps use separate paypal accounts to avoid complications.

I have noticed in the past multiple accounts can screw with the system.
Hopefully it will be OK, as I do have some accounts that run out of time next months for accounts I gave as prizes.

I don't really see why there should be any sort of complication since the subscription number is provided to Bills.
It's not as if the gold account members are grouped by their paypal account numbers?

I think it would be easier to understand paypal mixing it up?
Except for the fact that they're a much larger company and clearly have to be more careful since they can possibly be held accountable for such errors.

When I said in the past, I meant under the old system.

Say I upgraded one account, cancelled 3 others, but still had 2 others. Since all are registered under the same email, the wrong ones could occasionally be demoted.

The new system with the Ticket System should avoid this problem. It depends on the Paypal number itself.

I entirely agree with you.

The gold account that I'm paying for still isn't working either.
While at the beginning I was telling people to calm down and be patient I'm beginning to wonder what is going on now too.

If only I could fly down to Edmonton for a day or so and get them to teach me howo to do a few things. Then, I'd be able to get the few things that have been put on hold forever done.

I am sick and tired of hearing the freakin phrase. im am tired of being told that. I am sending in a ticket tomm. saying that if this is not fixed with in a five day period i am canceling my account. i am tired of this.
