Your GIF has the wrong matte color for the picture. Make it #000000 or #111111 to have it blend in better. Plus, 22" bass drums are no good :)

No flash, don't have any stuff like that. Program's called Microsaft PhotoDraw V2, and it lets you do some animations.

No, I just edited the picture. The drum set in the picture is my kit, well not my kit but same colors and sizes and stuff. I got that picture off of www.Tama.com (the drum company). I just made a few modifications to it.
