Why bother banning people in the forums?
Obviously it doesn't work, as they just create new names until the Mods give up banning them any more. The Mods are powerless since Bills has decided the forums are unimportant.
The game servers are even worse, as since there is no Admin in the games, there is no one for the mods to turn to to get anything done.

We all know kalamady doesn't like bannings (most people who get banned don't like it), do you really think he would disagree with anyone else? I sincerely doubt it.
Jeffery, the point of bannings is that it encourages people to make new, creative anti-bills accounts, thus stimulating intellectual growth

Actually, bannings do keep the average joe out, just look at green Samurai, as far as I know, he never came back. There are clearly some exceptions such as the ever present Kalamady, but for the most part, I'd say they are effective. I'd compare this to speeding tickets; There are a crapload of people who speed, and the tickets don't stop them, (I speed, so I am not saying i'm any better) Does that mean we should stop giving speeding tickets? I don't think so, because even if they don't stop some people, they do work for others, and even act as a deterent for the general populus.

I'm not on. I'll get on Sunday. Being on it makes me tired for some reason and i'm on the road all day tomorrow then got lots of stuff to do Friday. Saturday is Christmas.

The Mods don't get enough credit, especially from Bills. They sure as hell don;t haved the powers they deserve to have in the forums. The Mods deserve to have the ability to get rid of people like Kal, without waiting weks for Bills to not reply to them.

The solution is quite easy. Find some kind of setting that makes it so that if you get a name banned, you can'tmake anymore names from that IP. Not quite as big as an IP ban, but would get the job done. Except for those nerds with proxies...like act. I've posted from this same IP all the time, putting that rule into effect would end some of it.
