Does anyone know where I can get free webhosting with PHP support? Geocities, I guess, doesn't support it. -_-

Normally I wouldn't tell you... cause I am pretty sure you are going to make up a random banner thing. There's too many! Everyone's getting 'em now!! But since it is Christmas... and I don't even know for sure that that IS what you are going to use PHP for, I will give the link. :)
It's actually really great IMO. Well, it was. I liked them alot, it was like paying for webhosting without the paying part. But good things will only last so long I guess. Now they put some retarded ad on the top of every page. If it was on the bottum, or you had a choice where you put it, it'd be ok. But NO, they have to slap this dumb thing right on the top of the page... Now I hate them. :)

With the html tag DIV, you can position your banner over the one thats there. The only OS that doesn't support DIV(to my knowledge) is mandrake8. So i suggest if you want to use a free hosting service that has a banner, to google DIV HTML and from there its fairly simple.
It will be something like
div style='position:absolute;width:400px;height:100px; z-index:99;left:0px;top:0px;'
the zindex is where from the top to the bottom in 3 demensions the item will show up, i think that the higher it is, the position is on top
