We are to send an email to goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com and give our account name and pw's. Before DR was fired, he had the players that used money orders to give him their email address so he can confirm who owns the account. So money-order users just have to send an email.

I was under the impression that means of payment hadn't been in affect since DR left. I'm not alone in this thinking as there have been multiple threads requesting this form of payment returned in suggestions setcion, and former users of it asking when/if it will be back in the gold help section.

If its still a means that ppl can pay, why is it not included anywhere in the gold account information section?

In any case, as I am now grey it seems I probably won't have one. But I'm asking for help for how to give you money. Now, is it just me, or is it worth answering a PM from a grey who wants to send you money but can't?

All GOlds get upgraded within 24 hours or less.

Make sure you create your free account for us to go in and upgrade as the instructions say.

the hitch is ur paypal account. If you just created ur paypal account right before u sent ur TAO subscription, it can take a few days. Payments made from credit or debit cards go right through, but if u directly link ur bank accounts to ur paypal account, it can take a few days for Paypal itself to confirm the account.

After the account/payment method is confirmed in paypal, THEN the payment goes through and u get upgraded. Tossin that in since he might hav meant his paypal account itself, and not his gold subscription.

Ok i changed my password.. and it was too long for the tao password box so i tried to change it again... waited 2 days and it says ticket resolved.. so i tried my new password and it doesnt work. I really need my password changed so i can log on to my name.

I'm sure there was a portion of that time period which was paid for.
