I don't know if I'd bother. Even if he read it, he wouldn't respond or change anything. The only thing he could do at this point to bring back customer satisfaction is invite DR back as a partner, and treat him fairly.

Since that's never going to happen, we'll just have to be satisfied with dissatisfaction.
