ummm start a clan by going gold. Then start recruiting players. I suggest makeing a clan website or atleast forums. Dont recruit anyone you see try people out. Make a clan with high standards and no cheating. Dont make another noob clan. Other options include joining an existing clan and working your way up the ranks.
