I probably should read, then play.

I can play with my stomach hurting, by just doing songs like Max 300. If I was doing something like upper 11-13 footers, I'd throw up, but anything in DDR or most things under 10 foot are so easy now that I could basically do them with a broken leg. And yes, I mean that very honestly.
