The choices are there, I chose who I think have been / are the cockiest SOB's ever to grace banff with their presence. Pick who you think deserves this dubious honor!

Note that skill wasn't the main prerequisite to be on this short list, but it's hard to be cocky if you don't have the skill to back it up.
