I think u should be able to find out the clan leader of a clan. Like type /clanleader [clan name]

clan leaders don't want to be found so easily for a reason.

edit: In the interest of not being completely negative on this idea...why would u want to know the clan leaders?

dark, keep in mind that clan leaders don't like to be bothered by ppl asking them if they can join a group. Each clan has a specific means and process you use to join. So there's no reason to bother them, or know who they are (when ur not a member of the clan).
