Unit Drops More Frequent!

Prior to now, drop frequencies happened approximately once every 72 hours. Many of our loyal TAO members complained that they never saw any unit drops so we have modified the occurance of a unit drop to approximately once every 30 hours. This is sure to be welcomed news by anyone who requires a needed boost to their current army!

Also note that this is random, so you will get a unit drop around every 30 hours but not right on the 30 hour mark.

Admin/Mods do not know when the unit drops are so don't ask them please.:)

they should say us the time casu someone will have a drop and he'll say us when... so... we must w8 only more or less 30 hours... and... that's stupid not saying the time but if they prefer like this i don't mind (i actually have not seen a drop :P)

This itself might be off-topic, so to counterbalance that the Dark Lord will proclaim that he, although never receiving any drops before this announcement, obtained a Scout and a Dark Magic Witch since this new drop time occurred. Now, to my off-topic question. Would an administrator delete an announcement post if the replys within became too off-topic? I hope this question does not encourage off-topic posting in this section, but this is just an inquiry of mine.

I've been playing almost every night for the past 3 weeks and I have yet to see a unit drop. I typically play at night on the Eastern time zone anywhere from 9 - midnight.

Are the times randomized as well, cause I find it kinda odd I have yet to experience a unit drop... (87 games played too).

Very good! It isn't easy to write in other languages. For example, I study Spanish at my university in the United States but my English is much better than my Spanish. Write more, friend, the players here don't understand your situation.

I just felt an odd need to translate that :). Except for a few odds and ends thats a literal translation.

Proper english would have that sentence go like this:

BUT

The idea of the drops is to be random, and to just happen whenever, not so that you can play, and then wait til one minute before the drop and then play. Defeats the purpose of the drops.

i disagree with you, the idea is to create competition. i think drops can be done in both ways, randomly and not randomly. they should also occur more frequnetly.

i have never had the old drop time but for this one i think we should have less enchantresses out of all my drops i got 7 enchantresses and a barrier ward sry bout goin off topic here but i got hacked and all i have left is 4 enchantresses 2 pyromancers a knight a cleric and a dark magic witch could you please try and get me my stuff back (i dont need the enchantresses i dont use them) and can we pllz have an ignore feature

I say.... make the drops more random and frequent. Hook the thing up to a random numbers generator and just let it go whenever it feels like. Five hours between one drop, then 7, then 2, then 10, then 4.... randomness is a fun thing. ENTROPY I SAY..... ENTROPY!!!!!!

I would like to see you guys add "rare drops" on Banff Great Lakes, and Army... because greys have little power against gold units*cough* golems*cough* and a mud golem would be great... plus it would not be a freebe unit like you get when you make an account you have to earn it by playing well and at the right time.

I would hate rare drops on the three base servers, it would give them a very legendsy feel... besides, then everyone would complain that the lucky SOBs who get rare drops would be indomitable... and be pretty much correct

Ya rare drops would not be good on these servers, if greys want things like golems let them bye a gold account. I mean $5 a month is not alot.
