hey i want to update my computer can anyone help?

Ummm... unless you want to upgrade the programs on your computer, programmers probably wouldn't help you much. Even then, you probably won't get a real programmer to help upgrade your computer unless you paid them pretty well to do their job for you.

Now a computer technician could help you upgrade your computer, i.e., upgrade your ram, motherboard, give you a bigger hard drive, but they are going to have a hard time upgrading your computer from their side of the monitor. Maybe you should bring your computer to Best Buy or Comp USA and ask them to upgrade what you need. Just have the Benjamins to back up your requests.
