Someone Needs To Fix This

OK, everyones said this, and everyone says the same thing. i have dial up, but it NEVER disconnects, or even lags. it is a very great connection. i played this game until i had about 950 stats. i got disconnected randomly twice. i got over it and raised my stats again. twice it disconnects again! im fed up with this, and WAS close to getting gold membership, but im rreaallly reconsidering it now. this is making me very mad, and it would be great if someone fixed this.

My guess is the problem is on your side, not our (server) side. I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do specifically to help you other than to tell you to make sure that other internet applications are closed or not running, and try to restart your computer more often (clear memory and give it a chance to "rest").

what worked for me was:
1) getting wireless, very good reception, all over the house!
2) getting webroot (tm) "Spy Sweeper" i clears all adware and spy ware found on the system a 7 minute scan (results may vary), or, maybe, a curse was placed on your connection. in that case, call the exorcist we like to call "SBC/yahoo dsl guy".

Yes, Im running a Broadband wireless connection round my house.

It's never felt so good to own a laptop. I can watch TV and play on the 'net at the same time!

Only thing is they degrade faster, and obviously have a litte less room for upgrade... memory.

Yeah, I mean you really need more than a gig of ram to play on the internet.........

Lol, well, once the memory degrades you will want more then you have, and your only options are replace it, or new comp. My comp has 4gb ram in it, and it will never fail me :)

Um....i may be wrong, but, are you under the influence that once you reach 1000 stats you get a gold account? cus you stated you got 950 stats, and then that you were close to getting gold......just wondering....

o and about the whole modem(??) or whatever, i dunno.....i know i need to use my sisters computer when more than 30 people are in the lobby, cus it goes INCREDIBLY slow.... :mad:

This happened to me.
I have DSL.
I never have my internet crash, and it's been months since I've dropped a game.
I dropped 2 +1 yesterday.

In two games, we'd be playing, and almost at the end, the other player would say, Ok, you're gone now, and I'd be disconnected. In the lobby, they'd be bragging about their trick.
In another game, I finished my turn, the noise for my opponents turn went. The bar was not on my screen. He sat there for 30 seconds. Then he said, Your time is up. And suddenly I surrendered.
Something is going on.
As I said, my connection never drops, and in all 3 cases, I was told before hand it was going to happen.
Somebody needs to look into this.
