good idea, however the defense seems a little low and maybe he should have 35 hp.
and maybe the stopping healing could be a special attack which attacks all enemys on the feild, no matter where they are, however this would add more turns to wait the the main attack, i mean they WERE clerics, they should have the ability to hit anything on the feild like a healing cleric does.
